Cook & Eat Well in Coventry

We are working in partnership with Groundwork West Midlands on this project which is funded by the Coventry City Council’s Public Health Department.   The Cook and Eat Well programme aims to help people living in deprived areas of Coventry residents to cook from scratch make healthy food choices.  We deliver practical, free, nine week healthy eating and cookery courses all over the city. These develop peoples’ cooking skills, their understanding of healthy eating as well as building their confidence in cooking a meal from scratch on a budget.   For more information and to find out where our current courses are being held, please go to
